Regency Retirement Residence has restricted 24-hour keyed access with a keypad entry at the main entrance to allow residents to admit their guests.

Regency Retirement Residence is a non-profit corporation that is owned and operated by its members. A member purchases a membership and pays a monthly fee to cover facility expenses. A person must meet three criteria to qualify for Regency ownership: be at least 55 or older, be financially qualified and be able to live independently or with the help of a caregiver or other agency.

A five-person Board of Directors chosen by the Members and is comprised of three resident Directors and two local community members. A Manager and Maintenance Technician conduct the Board’s policies.

MEMBERSHIP PURCHASE: This is a one-time payment that purchases a membership share in the community. The value of the share is primarily based on the size of the unit and current market value.

MONTHLY FEE: The monthly fee is based upon the size of the unit and includes interior and exterior maintenance, lawn and landscaping care, snow removal, water, trash removal, fire and liability insurance for the property, member services staff, replacement and operating reserves, mortgage, appliances, and HVAC replacement as needed, and miscellaneous operating expenses.

Truly a care-free lifestyle at a modest cost. At Regency, you never have to pay for replacement or repair of appliances, plumbing, fixtures, paint, roofing, siding, windows, or mechanical workings such as furnace and central air conditioners.

  • Trash pickup at your door, light bulb replacement of overhead fixtures, furnace and a/c maintenance, handy man assistance, appliance repair/replacement, bathroom, and kitchen plumbing needs, and more.

  • Cable Television: A Mediacom Cable TV 90 channel package is available, with additional packages of your choice, such as extra sports, movies, etc. (optional)
  • Members pay their own personal gas and electric

Residents plan and organize activities independently. There is coffee in the community room for visiting. Birthdays and holidays may be celebrated with potlucks or other activities. Occasionally the manager will arrange for entertainment.

Regency Retirement Residence is a pet free facility with exceptions approved by the Board of Directors on a case-by-case basis.
